With more than 20 years' experience across banking and finance, Alicja founded Evermore Finance Group with a vision to create a more thoughtful approach to lending, one centred on education, strategy and long-term relationships rather than transactions.

Today, she specialises in strategic lending, commercial finance and complex lending scenarios, with expertise in Class 1B rooming house finance.

Her approach is guided by a simple philosophy: Structure First — Strategy Always — Finance With Purpose.

With extensive experience in finance, including previously working as a credit assessor with NAB, Ramesh brings a valuable lender-side perspective to the Evermore Finance team.

He also holds a Master of Commerce, specialising in Accounting and Business Statistics, bringing strong analytical and technical thinking to the way he approaches finance.

His understanding of lending policy, loan structures and credit assessment means he has a keen eye for the details that matter. Working closely with Alicja and our clients, Ramesh helps navigate lender requirements, keep applications moving and make the finance process feel a little less complicated.

Known for his calm and considered approach, Ramesh genuinely enjoys helping clients move closer to their goals and is an important part of the experience we create at Evermore.

Outside of finance, you'll usually find him spending time with his family and girlfriend, or watching cricket, preferably without anyone interrupting the match.

With experience as a Credit Analyst at NAB, Pawan brings a strong understanding of lending, credit assessment and the importance of getting the details right.

Holding a Bachelor of Commerce, he combines his technical knowledge with a practical, considered approach to finance. Having worked closely with brokers from the lender side, Pawan understands the value of timely support, clear communication and keeping the lending process moving as smoothly as possible.

Detail focused and genuinely committed to achieving great outcomes, Pawan works closely with Alicja and the Evermore team to navigate lender requirements and support our clients throughout their finance journey.

Outside of finance, cricket has played a significant part in Pawan's life, having represented at national level in the sport. These days, he also enjoys movies, stand up comedy and spending weekends with his friends. Despite Alicja's ongoing encouragement to expand his social horizons, he remains politely unconvinced.

With more than 20 years' experience in Administrative and Executive Support roles across a range of industries, Jelena is one of those people who knows how to bring order to the chaos.

With a background in psychology, and some post graduate studies, Jelena brings a natural understanding of people, communication and the many moving parts that happen behind the scenes.

At Evermore, she assists across administration and marketing, helping turn ideas into action and supporting the team wherever an extra pair of capable hands is needed.

Outside of work, Jelena is a crystal-wielding, incense-burning Bali retreat enthusiast, absolute foodie and devoted cocker spaniel mum. If she's not planning her next meal, there's a reasonable chance she's planning her next trip to Europe.

She brings warmth, intuition and a good vibes to Evermore, and we wouldn't have it any other way!
